Kindergarten Prep (ages 4–5 years old)
Children who are 4 years old by September, are eligible for the Kindergarten Preparation program. The K Prep program at CCEC is designed to promote school readiness for students who are on track to transition to Young Fives or conventional kindergarten programs in the next school year. K Prep students enjoy a comprehensive curriculum rich in humanities while developing academic skills and social-emotional maturity for kindergarten success.
Half and full day program options are available. A minimum participation of three mornings per week is recommended for optimal academic preparation.
Kindergarten Prep classes are offered Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. (morning only) – OR – 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (full day).
